Cooking instruction: (Chef recommended) 

  1. Add 300 g of NUTY green biryani masala along with 500 g of chicken in pan and saute for 2 minutes
  2. Add 100 of curd, 12 g of lemon juice and 30 g of coriander leaves in the pan saute for 30 secs
  3. Add 1 lit of Water in pan and cook for 3 min in opened condition.
  4. Add 500 g of short grain rice in pan                                                                              
  5. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes with low flame
  6. Turnoff the flame & leave the biryani for 15 more minutes                                                                  
  7. Serve Hot biryani along with raita
